"Overall the property was clean and staff were friendly. Room was again clean but there lots is ware on furnishings as well as a major dent on the door that was somewhat questionable. Although this property is rated a 5 star but I think that’s but optimistic."

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. "This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Korea. The staff were so polite and attentive. The hotel itself is insanely gorgeous and I had a perfect ocean view. It was a bummer that the pool was closed and empty, but other than that the hotel was fantastic!"
