"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. No noise at all on the high floors. I had a service issue and staff were concerned and were addressing the problem. All communications were clear and considerate. I found the area of town close to all the things a traveling couple require. I would return here and recommend it."

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use...

De deur van het balkon sloot niet meer, de greep is gewoon af, het bed was helemaal doorgezakt en eigenlijk alles is gedateerd. Ook het ontbijt is gewoon nirt het geld waard, brood is droog en alles leek "oud." Nee 5* is het zeker niet meer, de kurzaal is mooi, maar voor de rest komt het echt niet verder dan 2* of 3*. "The accommodation is featured within a ship cabin room with modern comforts. The room that I stayed was big, suitable for two guests. The hotel provides shuttle van to Rijnhaven metro station, only learnt that on third day though. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay!"

"Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."

"Positiv: Sauber, neuer Eingangsbereich und Frühstücksbereich, nah am Wasser, super schöne Aussicht, Pool und Sauna Bereich Negativ: Duschgel und Shampoo waren leer, in der Kaffeemaschine waren noch die alten gebrauchten Kapseln vom Vorgänger, Sauna kostet 10€ pro Nutzung, Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotel vorhanden allerdings nur durch vorherige Reservierung, weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden, die Kosten belaufen sich überall zwischen 35€ - 40€ pro Tag "
