"Room and bed comfortable, walk in shower, table top ironing board and iron were very useful prior to a family wedding. Green table cafe on site is really good. Also The White Hart provided hotel breakfasts. Staircases were a little fusty with an odd air freshener to compensate. Its an old listed building so to be expected but might smell fresher if the stair carpets were steam cleaned and better air fresheners. Beautfiul location. "Staff & breakfast excellent. Room was very clean but it was very hot and the drains smelt at times. This severely impacted my sleep. My rating is purely based on that, suspect if i went when it was cooler it would be different. One easy thing to help would be for the windows to be opened fully."
