"Ok I will be completely honest, do not I repeat do not look at the picture's. Take the pictures and add about 15 years worth of age on top of it. First and foremost the setup of the resort is very confusing. There is two separate buildings far apart from each other and there is no telling what building you are in until you check in. And in the second building there is no staff to help you so if you need help you have to go way down the road to get it. Secondly what’s presented in the pictures is...

"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

"We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was modern, well decorated and spacious. Beds and chairs in the room were comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well lit. "Had a great time. Property was beautiful. Staff amazing overall. Downfalls - bed mattress was failing and very uncomfortable and guest services/housekeeping was unresponsive. Also, no iron in room or a place to hang any clothing. Food was wonderful, pool areas and grounds were wonderful and safe! Would return again."
