"Rooms were kept nicely. Every morning there were fresh baked goods and fruit hanging on the door and coffee in the lobby. Wine in the afternoon. Great location, Close to all the east bay street restaurants and city market. Interesting art work throughout the hotel. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"Nice place to stay, breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. Staff was freindly and helpful. Rooms have no windows but are well maintained and up dated. Parking a little tricky and not free."

"Nice hotel with clean nicely appointed rooms. The location is very convenient to medical center area. On premise parking is basically nonexistent but they do provide parking at a nearby parking garage. Front desk staff needs a remedial course in customer service. Not sure I’ve ever encountered someone so unfriendly and unwelcoming. This will certainly be a factor when considering lodging for future trips to the area."
