"Only one of the 4 elevators worked. It took 45 min just to get on the elevators with luggage to get up and down from your room. It said call 0 for express check out but I had to call 3 times before they ever answered the phone. Check in was awful. There was only one person working behind the desk so the entire lobby was full just waiting to check in. Sense the elevators didnt work you had to take stairs up and down 10 flights of stairs that smelled sour from all the pool water traffic. I called...

"The room was spacious and clean. We had a partial oceanfront view but was thrilled to have adjoining rooms with our other family members. We enjoyed the pools and bowling. The food was just so-so but was a convenient option if needed. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"We liked our location. Far enough, and close enough to the boardwalk. Getting to the parking lots were easy. The Breakfast buffet was well put together. We never made it to the pool or the beachfront. As we were busy with Myrtle Beach itself. Some people would probably say the cleanliness isn't so great, but Understandably they have construction going on at the moment."

"I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She...

"Overall was a nice stay just property has a few dumb policies. For one it’s card payments ONLY and for pool towels you hand in a hotel card in exchange for a towel I guess they had issues with people stealing towels. First time being at a hotel with this policy. Was a very convenient location so that was a plus and beds were comfy ! Would stay again"

"The pools were good. The room had some issues like all kitchen lights didn’t work, one stove top burner didn’t work, no toilet/dish soap available after check in, main indoor pool lights didn’t work and the restaurant staff worked super slow and were constantly on their phones. At the end of all this, the manager responds was….. “your room hasn’t got it’s upgrades and that’s why your having issues; please have patience and work with us” I would love a free two night voucher at another hotel...

"We normally rent a house when we come to the beach but this was a short trip with just me and my sons. This hotel is absolutely perfect! They think of everything and the staff is so kind. Clean and the best location to the beach and walkable for breakfast lunch and dinner!"
