"My room was only basically cleaned. I found other guests socks under the end table and under the end table and dresser was very dirty. I had to go to the desk to ask for basic room necessities such as toilet paper. Trash leaked (I did try to throw away my previous nights dinner into a Kroger bag then in an old takeout container then the trash bag. That mess was left for me to deal with and no supplies to clean it with. The sink was stopped up and leaked. I was also left with that mess to...

"The beach was beautiful! All of the pools were great temperatures and clean! We have stayed here many times, and plan to return! Love the amenities! Convenient pool towels on racks by the pools. Also, your wrist band for the pools doubles as your room key! Nice!"

"I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She...

"This is a very family friendly resort with pools that are more designed for children but great for adults too. The lazy river outside was my favorite. Right in the beach and not too commercialized, it was peaceful and safe. This isn’t the place to go if you want solitude though. A good many people on the beach but all just having fun. The luau with the fire dancers was a big hit with our entire group of 10 ages 12- 70’s"

"I was really worried about booking here because of the mixed reviews. I was very impressed. We stayed in a 3 bed oceanfront condo in the Cayman building, 6th floor and it was great. I have no complaints whatsoever about the room. We had 8 of us and it was great and comfortable. The only thing it didn’t have was paper towels.
