"Staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Hotel and room was excellent. Nice restaurant. Roman baths, Abbey and historical district only a few minutes walk away. Lots of top rated restaurants to eat at. Would stay again for longer."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time. "

"Our stay was amazing. Rooms was very clean. Receptionist was very friendly and lovely person.Dinner service was very good aswell food was delicious. In the morning we choose to try breakfast service and omg we was no disappointed. lovely women name Regina welcomed us in most possible amazing way wow. Food was amazing so many choices.....wow. deffo recommended stay there. And big thank you Lithuanian lady Regina for feeling like we are home. You are Star in there. Rasa and Marius. Thank you "
