"This is an amazing original property in central Palermo located near the marina, great location. I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not. Other than that, this is a high quality property, much better than the 3 stars advertised I would suggest, coming from someone who travels regularly. "

After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants". We complained firmly, and the key was produced within 5 minutes along with a fridge. Overall, there were difficulties communicating with the staff...

Michele and his wife were great hosts and he was always there to make sure that we have everything we need as well as giving suggestions on how to plan excursions. The place is ideal for relaxing in nature and visiting the areas surrounding the southern and eastern sides of Etna. Highly recommended."
