Cari Hotel di Shropshire

"I was offered an upgrade from a classic double to a feature double (for an extra £30pn) which I took. It was in the old part of the hotel. The room was very cold as the radiators were not working. I enquired at reception and was told that they would speak to someone to see if it could be sorted. A little while later an electric heater was delivered to the room which did not work and another was requested. This only managed to heat the bedroom while the bathroom remained cold. "Tired, run down hotel in need of investment. No breakfast, no lifts"

"Friendly helpful staff in a lovely setting.😊"

"We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we came up. We will definitely use again, next time we come up and stay!"

"Basically you get what you pay for. This is a cheap option in a great location for climbing the Wrekin. The hotel is quite dated, the tv in the room was tricky to operate and the room was noisy (what sounded like a tumble dryer throughout the night). But it was clean and offered value for money."

"My shower leaked so bathroom floor was wet all the time. There was mould in the shower .no Fridge. There was litter left in one corner of the room . Breakfast was pretty underwhelming but well staffed and managed. The bed was awful , lumpy and uncomfortable. Ill not be staying here again . It was cheap and I know why. Only one small lift for wheelchair users so if youre a large party or if u have lots of luggage better stay on the ground floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We...

"Nice grounds, friendly staff."

"Everything needed for a cosy, relaxing stay. Will book again."

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well presented even a lovely note was left from the cleaning staff and a welcoming message before arrival was a nice touch. The only thing I could fault is a broken light in our room and if u compare it with a premier inn the bed is much smaller and there is no bath, however it is definitely more modern."

"Very clean, newly refurbished pub in a good location with interesting artistic decorations by local artist who owns the property. Good base to explore this part of the Wales/England border. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the pub both nights and evening meal was also very good. Lovely staff. Parking seemed to be no problem, either in pub's very small car park or on roads in village."

"Excellent value for money, very spacious property suitable for up to four adults."
