"Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window.
Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞."

"Definitely does not match the pictures on websites. Missing drawer handles in room. Toilet door swollen and won't close. Hallways are filthy. Piles of dead flies and wasps on window sills. Damp everywhere. Ceiling falling in with leaks. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Curtains hanging off rails and filthy. Door of room bangs every time someone else opens a door. As for the spa. All of the showers handles in the male changing rooms are damaged to the point were it breaks skin to turn on and off. ...

"Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting"

"Check in was quick and welcoming. Parking was not an issue as I travelled by train, but there was a large car park. There was a nice seating area in addition to the restaurant.
I did have a tile missing in the bathroom and the edge of the carpet was very dirty - not been hoovered for ages.
Breakfast was good."
