"The room was decorated very nicely with quite a decent amount of space. They would give free soba noodles from 9:30-11:00pm and free drinks,soda and coffee. The onsen was very crowded with people. You could get complimentary ice cream at night and Yakut in the morning.
Also, parking was relatively limited"

"Room don't have hot water even we paid extra for a sink had to walk all the way down to onsen for morning wash up and kitchen space was to small to cook as compare to others Ks house's hotel, Other was great and staff are friendly."

"Wow! High class, great service, great food, amazing staff! From the time we set foot on property, we were treated like royalty!
The room was large and well appointed. The canopy bed was something!
Do note that the location is up on the hill/mountain so you will most likely need transportation (e.g., taxi) to get there. You can easily find a taxi at Atami Station. I guess you can walk but it's pretty steep. Walking down is not a problem unless you have luggage in tow. We walked down the...
