"Exceptional staff and customer service. Front desk was welcoming, warm, informative and friendly. Maintenance and cleaning staff were always friendly and working hard. We had an issue with our TV and when they couldn’t fix it they not only graciously upgraded us to a balcony room, but staff also came to our room to help us move and bring the new keys. "The room was very clean! We arrived in pitch dark and heavy rain. We were so thankful to have the option to order an easy pizza dinner so we did not have to leave and find some dinner in those conditions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to call us before hand to point out which room was ours since they knew we were arriving after dark. We would definitely stay here again. "
