"Very friendly staff! Enjoyed convenience breakfast buffet! Coffee machine with coffee drinks was a plus! Having to ask to have house keeping clean room during stay should not be up to guest! Overall I thought the hotel was very quiet and a great location for Redding!"

"The carpet was very dirty. The shower head leaked when initiated. The cap on the bathroom sink faucet was missing and there was a plaster repair on the wall that wasn’t painted. The light on the left side of the nightstand didn’t work for the reading lamp. The coffee had grounds in it and was located outside of the breakfast area because there wasn’t enough room inside the breakfast area to put it. Check out room 107. Staff was pleasant enough. "

"Not what I would expect from a Sheraton! Young kids running the front desks that acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help you. Too busy on their phones! The price of the parking was absurd and never disclosed. Had to wait for a 1/2 hour for coffee in the morning and it was so terrible I couldn’t drink it. I was also so embarrassed for them on how the coffee table looked! Everything was a mess like no one even cared to straighten it up. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money staying here. "
