"To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well. "

"Sehr enttäuschend, diese Unterkunft entspricht niemals einem 4-Sterne Haus. Dreckige Betten, aus dem Schlafzimmer schaut man runter in die Küche einheimischer. Teilweise kaltes Wasser, generell viel zu laut. Offene Stromleitung. WLAN hat nur in einem Zimmer funktioniert. "Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival.
