Cari Hotel di Serra de Tramuntana

"Room and hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The downsides were that the food was not great, I wouldn’t eat it again. Another mild inconvenience was the entrance being at the top of the hill"

"War okay"

"Freundliches Personal"

"Hotel is not accurately depicted through its photos. Arrived at hotel and had to cancel my stay due to lack of cleanliness in room and resort, spa out of order and looks completely different than what photos show"

"Small hotel, always felt private. Staff was incredibly friendly. Food was awesome. rooms were nice. the rooms with the "Swim up" pool aren't really worth it since its more of like a lap swimming pool. there is no privacy on your private deck, so although spacious, you are very much seeing and hearing all neighbors. I think for the view, they made the walls slated so that you can see the water (kinda), but in doing so, you totally see your neighbours. In my opinion, I would wall it off for...

"A great hotel right on the beach! The staff were so friendly especially Fatima and Angie :) The hotel breakfast was amazing! I’ll miss this place and will book again!"

"When we were checking in I mentioned that is my husband’s big B day and asked if we could get a better room. Concierge answered that they don’t do that!!!! Than we asked if can upgrade the room for $$, we received a message 2 days later to come downstairs to talk about rates. Also, we had a breakfast and dinner included. So apparently you can have coffee and water at the breakfast, but at the dinner you have to pay 5.50 euros for a small bottle of water!!!! When I found out about it, I didn’t...

"Wonderful experience from check in to check out. Beautiful private ocean access and amenities and great staff + food"

"As soon as I opened the door of the room the smell of the cigarette was so strong. The AC was not working and it was so hot and humid. The room was not that clean. So far I am not happy. I hope the breakfast will be alright tomorrow as I can't trust the cleanliness of this hotel"

"Leuk hotel, met goed ontbijt. Mooi zwembad en spa. De kamers waren goed en vernieuwd. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De gangen in het hotel waren aan renovatie toe."

"Toller Brunch"

"A small boutique hotel in a central location, though easy to miss. We arrived late and had forgotten to request twin beds, but the staff showed little flexibility in helping us, not even offering separate blankets. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space for our luggage. The spa was okay, and the on-site coffee shop was beautiful and a real highlight. The front desk, however, should be separate from the bar counter. Overall, suitable for a short city stay, but I wouldn’t recommend...
