"Room was gross. Smelled like sweat-hallways and room both. It was the worst hotel l have ever stayed in. Staff was very nice though."

"Rooms we’re small, and not much was included in the room. However, it is clearly written in the description and the price does reflect that. Would stay there again. "

"Receptionist during check-in was very friendly, with a professional approach. I had stayed at this place many years. At that time I was totally disgusted with dirty carpet in the main hall (downstairs) and the hallways. But this time, there was a big change. The floors were very clean and the surroundings didn't look as dodgy as before. Even the security guy was friendly. I'm not sure if there's a change of management. Good job! Be aware that there's a 100 euros deposit to be paid at check-in, in case of any incidents. My room was tidy. I had not expected a room that accommodates two persons. This gave more space to myself. The kitchenette also helped to make own meal. The metro station, bus stops and supermarket were just round the corner. There's plenty of dining options. The Parc de la Villette is within a walking distance."

"It’s a comfortable place to sleep and easy to get to. Breakfast was great. My only two issues were my card wasn’t working (the system was down) so someone had to escort me and many other guests back, anytime we left the room. Other issue was i asked for a wakeup call and nobody called. Thankfully I woke up naturally on my own. My phone had died and I didn’t have a charger. These are both probably not common occurrences so I do still recommend staying. "

"I wish there was a way to score negative integers. It was so bad. We arrived at 1am and the guy took forever to check us in, then despite not telling me nor asking and despite booking was prepaid it wrote down my credit card number with the ccv number which is a violation of anti fraud rules for card data handling. When i complained he really did not care, he just shrugged the shoulder at 'you are breaking rules' statement. On 2nd night, alarm went off at 3:45 as staff (nowhere to be found!) Had smoker a cigarette by the emergency door. Never even got an apology, there was nobody at reception and nobody helped us evacuate and if there had been a real emergency half of us would be dead. Absolutely unapologetically shambolic. Please close down and give the hotel to someone more competent. "

"The hotel appears to be very new. Ths staff has done a great job keeping the place clean. My family of 5 stayed here for only 1 night. I reserved family connecting rooms with a description of 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. The description is accurate however it wasn't what I expected. These are 2 room with connecting door. Each room has a king size bed and a bench along the windown that they can provide linen to make into a twin size bed. The bench is a little high so I was very nervous to let my kids sleep on it. If you have people in your group that require a proper bed this will be an issue. The room itself is large, no microwave in room or anywhere on property, a tiny fridge is in the room. As many have stated the breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of options. The location appears to be in more of an industrial area, so not very walkable and depending on traffic at least 25-35min away from main attractions like Eiffel tower and Lourve museum. "
