"Staff was fantastic "

"If you want dirty hotel rooms, smell of weed in the buildings, cold pools and lumpy mattresses stay here. "

"The room was quite nice and it was conveniently located. Nice beds too. "

"Best thing about the property was its location. Centrally located. Most attractions were within minutes in either direction. The suite was roomy but the TVs were oddly located in a recessed shelf in the wall that prevented it from being viewed anywhere but on the couch. The bathroom didn't have a fan which seemed odd. Initially the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but after housekeeping sprayed the room it helped a bit. For the cost of the suite, the stay was just so-so. Probably won't book...

"Arrived and was more than happy. Been traveling for work staying at affordable hotels and this one for the price and off season was superb. Staff extra friendly, room extra clean and a lot of bang for your buck. Had to leave earlier than expected but was a great stay. Highly recommend, the lake view no matter what time of year is outstanding. "

"Breakfast sucked "

"Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel."

"Happy to find the hotel offered soy and almond milk along with oatmeal so i could enjoy a healthy plant-based breakfast and milk in my coffee. A wonderful hotel to stay at!"

"We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and nice. The place looked clean and tidy. I would say there were two minor issues; there isn’t enough parking by the chalets but you can park by the office which is few feet away. The second issue is the hot water wasn’t enough. I would definitely recommend it and would book there again for sure. "

"If you'd like a quiet, clean, friendly place with a retro vibe, this place is exactly what you need. My daughter wanted to avoid the water parks so we chose this place and I'm so glad we did. They were so helpful and nice. Our room was big and had exactly what we needed. The retro vibe started with the retro hotel key chain and continued on in the room. It was a very clean, nice stay. I'd recommend it to anyone if they dont want to be in the water park hotels. It was located in the downtown area...
