"This property is very nice and clean."

"Property was clean and staff was attentive. However, they will not let you iron your own clothes at your room - you will need to pay for the service of having their staff iron your pants, dresses etc. I didn’t know that and needed my dress pressed. It cost me 22€ to iron my dress!! A complete rip off. The rooms were clean but without character. It seemed that they bought cheap furniture that doesn’t fit the overall vibe of the hotel. A very small desk and a tiny TV, no wall hanging artwork or...

"All of the staff (reception, restaurants, beach/pool) were incredibly kind and helpful. They really pay attention to the details and make sure you have the best experience. The room and grounds were gorgeous. Already thinking about the next time I can go back, I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience."
