However, they will not let you iron your own clothes at your room - you will need to pay for the service of having their staff iron your pants, dresses etc. I didn’t know that and needed my dress pressed. It cost me 22€ to iron my dress!! A complete rip off. The rooms were clean but without character. It seemed that they bought cheap furniture that doesn’t fit the overall vibe of the hotel. "All of the staff (reception, restaurants, beach/pool) were incredibly kind and helpful. They really pay attention to the details and make sure you have the best experience. The room and grounds were gorgeous. Already thinking about the next time I can go back, I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Slightly dated bathrooms. The photos make the place look really wow so the ok reality is a bit of a let down. The main problem are the dining options in the evening: a buffet at €60 per person (no drink included) or a restaurant with 4 courses at a set price of €70 each. The food is good but we didn’t want this much food every night. We want to choose how many courses we want ( something light or some side dishes and some sharing plates. "It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"Extreme slipping hazard as the pool overflows onto the main walkway. Someone will get seriously injured. “Private beach” is about 50 feet long and they allow screaming children from the absolutely packed public beach to run onto the private side. Kind of defeats the purpose of adults only. Absolutely nothing to do in the small town it’s located in. God forbid you bring food to your room you’ll be surcharged. Won’t even allow you to keep drinks in the mini bar only the ones they charge you for....

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience."
