"Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get...

"Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well."

"Everything "

"The hotel is in a very convenient location. The front desk and the staff are very helpful. The issues- somewhat confusing breakfast layout, the coffee machine broke the first morning, and it was not fixed the next morning. The checkout was (surprise) at 11 am. The windows in my room were very dirty on the outside. Very poor TV channel selection, no laundry bag or other 'regular ' hotel amenities. On the positive side, the bottled water was plentiful and free."

"Amazing location, friendly host, good price for money, clean room."

"Our rooms were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that, although the complimentary breakfast was amazing, some of the servers had attitude issues. I do not blame them. There was a rush of people who dined in for breakfast, but their attitude and demeanor as they worked on the buffet table affected the mood of the venue. We overlooked it, but Customer Service is key to having a top notch Hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. Excellent!"

"A fantastic location in Sarajevo with stunning views across the city. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in Sarajevo, whether it be their first time or not. Lots to do in the area outside the hotel with many bars and restaurants offering an authentic Bosnian experience. Thank you for a great stay! "

"very nice hotel and a great location in the old town very close to lots of mosques and everything is halal in the area also easy access to public transport. the decore was a little dated and there was no pool as stated in the hotel info "
