I spent 3 nights at Thames Valley with my husband in the Deluxe Pond room and absolutely loved our stay! They did a really good job with the whole atmosphere of the place, didn’t feel like I was in Thailand. Room was beautiful and clean and every corner of the place is a photo worthy setting. It was a completely relaxing stay and I felt so sad to leave. My only comments will be that they should provide bath salts for rooms with the pond/bathtub. And the high tea food can be improved. Excellent as ever. A short stay this time, we were redeeming a free night, and we enjoyed a nice round of golf (being a hotel guest entitles one to 50% off the green fee, bringing it in line or cheaper than other golf courses in the area).
