"Room was very good and clean, AC excellent, outside the rooms, elevators and pool and beach area have a lack of cleaning personel ( elevators new but poor cleaning, carpet on corridors outside rooms a little dirty, pool area food dishes, glasses and food leftovers spent longer time than expected for anyone to take them away, also floor on that external areas felt like had very little maintenance), hotel is new and good, has very nice and good things but only need a little more cleaning personel...

"Do not stay here under any circumstance. There has to be better options out there. We were the only Americans at the resort, almost no one spoke English. We were ignored, the locals were rude and ignorant. People didn’t know boundaries when it came to personal space. The room was decent enough but we asked for towels and got an answer that they replace them every other day. Later I saw that the linens are kept in a little closet, outside under the rooms. Had a horrible sewer smell right...

"La propiedad no esta en buenas condiciones. Hongos en las paredes, en las almohadas, el olor a humedad es demasiado, bultos en la pintura del techo. No tienen elevador, no tienen estacionamiento, las cerraduras se veían maltratadas, casi no cerraba la puerta. La persona a cargo no nos permitió ver el lugar antes de firmar y ya luego no hubo manera de cancelar. Nada que ver con las fotos publicadas."

The price was fantastic and the food great. The hotel is very secured and the parking was fabulous.. I highly recommend and will be staying there again."
