"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. "Great stay and service"

!! Personal con una gran sonrisa y atención!!"

"From arrival to departure the staff was helpful and friendly. They let us occupy the room earlier since our flight arrived in the morning. They offered us a courtesy drink during happy hour, the included breakfast had great variety of food. And the food and service at the restaurant on the 8th floor was excellent! Plus the location could not be better. We were closed enough to walk to most attractions. Definitely recommend!"
