"The service was incredible. The staff’s attention and care were outstanding — they were very attentive to my parents, who both have mobility challenges. They were always checking in on us, with great willingness to help. Something truly admirable is that all the hotel staff were always smiling, even with the hotel full and lots of work to do. The hotel also has a great pool and a wonderful view of the city, both from the pool area and the restaurant. Highly recommended! "

"This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back."

"The service in this hotel was amazing - they anticipated our needs at every step. They remembered our drink orders from day to day, the laundry was very fast, etc. Sebastian was especially helpful. The rooms and balconies are spacious (although they could use a bit of new paint on some walls and pictures to warm up the room). Every room has a view of the mountains. We loved the spa and would highly recommend it. The only downside was that it was very difficult to get ahold of them by email...

"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

"Our stay at the Hotel Dann Carlton Bucaramanga was excellent! Even though we only stayed for one night, the staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. As soon as we stepped out of the car, they took care of all our suitcases and brought them inside immediately. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink at the entrance, which was a lovely touch. The lobby and rooms are majestic and elegant; everything was spotless and exactly as expected. We stayed on the top floor, which offered a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast the next morning was also exceptional with a great variety. While we were too tired from our trip to enjoy the pool, bar, or the spa services this time, they looked amazing. We definitely want to come back soon to enjoy the pool at night. Highly recommended"
