Excellent, beautiful property . I wish more of the wait staff in the restaurants spoke English. Excellent service for housekeeping and laundry service for our wedding party. Loved the pickle ball and golf was challenging but beautiful course. Beds a little too firm but ok ! Loved the doorman, great service. Front desk was ok; perhaps a little reserved but got the job done and very polite and professional. Nice salon . Unbelievably great spa!

I received amazing service from a young man named Edgar David. He greeted me at the entrance and provided excellent customer service. Very professional behavior and well spoken. He did not hesitate to help me with my bags and took them to my room with me. He showed me all the features of the room and the accessibility to the restaurants on the main floor as well as the convenience store across the street for any thing I need. This young man is the perfect individual to be greeted by on arrival.
