"Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere.
However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to...

"No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios...

"The property is beautiful and right near the beach. We had a room with a private pool, which was nice. The outside area at the private pool is also great, and there is a large grill if you want to cook it that way. We also used the larger pool available for everyone, which was nice with a kiddie pool area. Restaurants are nearby with a car. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our reservation. "

"Excelente lugar para pasar unos días den Monterrico, muy buena comida, ubicación y atención en el restaurante.
El único detalle que el servicio de WiFi es muy muy débil y en las habitaciones que quedan en el 2do piso que se supone son mas amplias, y mas costosas NO siempre llega la señal, al reportarlo el comentario fue: "si a veces ahí no llega la señal baja al restaurante para usarlo" :( lo que me hace pensar que es frecuente ese problema, sugiero mejorar eso."

"This is our fourth time staying at Maya Jade, we love it. It’s private and quiet. The pools are great. We will stay here again. We live in Alaska and we will fly to Guatemala just to stay here."
