The BEST community condominium property I’ve ever stayed at . Ground are amazing, the condos are perfectly clean comfortable and styled. Only drawbacks are parking, the lot is far from most units but they do have a shuttle

Great staff and Villa was in good shape but the kitchen could be better equipped. The shared pool was pretty good, food was good but a little overpriced, coffee could be better too. Guatemala has great coffee.

Beautiful place

The resort is beautiful, breathtaking. The infinity pool was nice and clean, the drinks at the pool bar were great and the staff very nice and friendly. The villa was clean and the beds very confortable, we had a unit that had the pool access and let me tell you it was amazing, just opening the back door and walking a few steps to the pool was great. The only thing is that if you are planning to cook there’s not alot of utensils but to us it wasn’t an issue and we didn’t have hot water in our unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Like almost everything only that the villas have the minimal things in the kitchen you have to bring even utensils and paper towels, water also they don’t Ofer filtered water. Location is great and we like the option that you can eat in the restaurant where the food is delicious if you don’t feel like cooking in the villa.

the property was amazing, everything was clean, well exept for the little ants that were everywhere in bathrooms and kitchen counter, the drinks at the main pool were very good but the staff specially the waitresses were not friendly we ask for drinks twice and the first time it took around an hour to get them, the second time we never had them we have to go around directly to the bar and get them

Unfortunately the place has changed so much since my last visit and the manager is never able to fix any issues plus the front desk is very cold and cutting to solve any issues. It took us over 4 to get are rooms that the last night it rained so hard that our first floor got flooded and the front desk didn’t even care

Not safe for children and the elderly.

This place is under a lot of construction. There are very little safety features. My uncle fel in the pool because all the edges are angled. There are no handicap or bars to help into pools. Stairs in place very slipery and i cut myself hold on to the only bar they have. There is no manual to what is in the condo so it is hard to figure out lights tv and so forth. Lights outside of private pools do not work. People are very friendly and try accommodate as best as possible but even though it is very pretty be cautious it is not very safe.

Great location, beautiful and well-designed villas, gorgeous clean and private beach. The only downside is that you have to share the pool with other villas (that part is ok) but it is not ok when other guests are being disrespectful and playing loud music after midnight. We told reception but they did nothing about it. You do need to sign a waiver where you acknowledge to be quiet after 10 pm (it said 8 pm but they told me 10 pm afterward) but it seemed to be ignored, by the loud people and the staff. I walked past other villas and they seemed to have the same situation. So, if you want a quiet and relaxing time, I'd probably look elsewhere. If you are booking through Expedia, make sure you call them before arriving to let them know because they don't have a centralized booking system therefore they didn't have our reservation ready and we had to wait to be let in.
