"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. "We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill.
The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment...

"Pool area had no atmosphere wife had argument one day because she was talking to loud. Food options were very limited and boring.
Staff were very nice and pleasant. Hotel is located in a fantastic place very central for everything. All in all for what we paid it was quite good value. My wife was slightly disappointed that the dressing gowns showed in the photos was not available and when we asked were to we could not have any.
Check in was 3pm and the room wasn’t ready till 3.30 and was...

"Only stayed 1 night as moving on elsewhere the following morning. We arrived late due to flight delay and unfortunately the man on reception didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. We gave him a copy of the booking but all he could do was shake his head! He spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. Fortunately another guest who was staying there did speak Spanish and explained to him. It then turned out he had the information he needed printed out in front of him with all our details....
