"Pool area had no atmosphere wife had argument one day because she was talking to loud. Food options were very limited and boring.
Staff were very nice and pleasant. Hotel is located in a fantastic place very central for everything. All in all for what we paid it was quite good value. My wife was slightly disappointed that the dressing gowns showed in the photos was not available and when we asked were to we could not have any.
Check in was 3pm and the room wasn’t ready till 3.30 and was...

"The pool area was clean, food was good, the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest.
When we arrived we should of been self catering but wasn’t a room available with a kitchen area so upgraded us to all inclusive which was good"

"Only stayed 1 night as moving on elsewhere the following morning. We arrived late due to flight delay and unfortunately the man on reception didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. We gave him a copy of the booking but all he could do was shake his head! He spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. Fortunately another guest who was staying there did speak Spanish and explained to him. It then turned out he had the information he needed printed out in front of him with all our details....
