"Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own...

"The beach has jellyfish and you can’t go in at all or else you get attacked by jellyfish and get very hurt. Everything else was ok. We used the pool everyday because the beach is a big DISAPPOINTMENT."

"The drink are not good they have no frozen drinks and the president beer draft is always hot. The food isn't all that good I had pastries every day with fruits every day. The special restaurant the only good one was the Mexican restaurant. I don't plan on ever returning there . The shows are good but they should have more merengue and bachata."

"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."

"GIRLS TRIP - We had a wonderful time despite the weather (raining).
Staff/Waiter- Zoraida was excellent amongst others, pleasant/friendly/cheerful/accommodating
Restaurants - Mexican and Dominican were our favorite! The fried chicken from the beach area is a MUST!!!
Entertainers - Luis and Ramon were awesome! Shows/bingo/miniature golf/night club all great!
Room - AC worked/clean room/spacious/balcony
Suggestions to make stay more pleasant:
-Remove the extra charge if you get there early...

"This place is closed since march 2019 due to pandemic however they are doing bookings and taking people's money. Don't bother with this. I complained and ask for refund that was denied. "

"This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness.
The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful.
