"The property was welcoming to my pet, the staff was very kind, the breakfast was good, the room was very clean, the location was near everything you could literally walk to many food places. The only thing that made this not a whole 5 is that the bed was sagging on 1 side. I slept on the other side so i still slept ok but it was not the most comfortable bed. Other than that my stay was good and the price was great! I did let the desk know the bed was sagging on 1 side, they were happy I let them...

"The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Tucumcari, New Mexico, USA was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!"

"When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it...

"When checked in I was not notified that the microwave and hair dryer need a light switch turned on to operate. Thought it was not plugged in / not working. Mini fridge on but did not work. There was a cigarette size burn hole on a blanket in a non smoking room (room did not smell smokey). Breakfast was ok, hot food hot. Room definitely needs to be renovated. Staff was polite, helpful and quick."

"It was the cheapest place around. Not bad for a night's stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were small and private. The Internet barely worked. The television was filled with snow and grainy pictures and would constantly disrupt the like it would lose signal. So you couldn't watch a full five minutes before losing signal."

"We drove to the area of town where the hotel was located and decided to forfeit the cancellation and not to stay because of the location. That area of town looked pretty sketchy. Stay in one of the hotels by the interstate."
