They were the nicest and down to earth staff I've ever dealt with in a hotel. They have homemade complimentary soup in the evenings plus a to-go breakfast. There's a little patio area off the kitchen if you'd like to open some windows. The hotel and room was very clean. I travel through this area a lot and plan to stay here from now on.

Excellent help from front desk staff. Evening soup was a blessing after long day of travel. ONLY issue was that there is no elevator to upper levels, Don't believe this was clear in the Expedia description when I booked the room. . Front desk staff located a recently vacated room on the first floor that was cleaned and prepared while we waited but as we are mobility impaired we could not have carried bags upstairs and would have had to seek lodging elsewhere. Staff saved the day and deserve highest marks for willingness to help.

The soup in the afternoon was a lifesaver. This really helped as when we arrived on a Sunday and most of the restaurants in town were closed. So thankful BaBa made sure we were aware of it. He was so courteous and helpful!
