"Shuttle from airport was exhausting. Long wait—35 minutes, then many more pickups at airport and long ride because this hotel is the last stop on the drop off rout. So about an hour before I got to the hotel. Hotel is nice, but take a Uber. "

"Hotel looks brand new and clean. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are super cute. Some issues checking in due to malfunctioning equipment so we went and ate dinner first. The restaurant next door is an English pub style which matches the theme of the hotel. Food they're was great.... unlike the hotel breakfast. When i came down there was still over an hour before breakfast hours were over. There was hardly anything there for food, no silverware, no plates, no coffee, and no one around...

"Nicole greeted us upon arrival and assisted me with check-in, as well as setting up a member account. She was extremely helpful and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It was especially nice to have her assist us again during check-out, which made our departure just as smooth as our arrival. I truly appreciate her calm demeanor and cheerful attitude—it made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Cosas negativas las almohadas no me gusto su olor , la caja fuerte nunca la pude usar, si llamas de la habitación es muy difícil que te contesten, las alfombras de los pasillos estaban muy sucias.
Positivas espacioso calidad de los muebles muy bien baño excelente limpio , la cocina super equipada buen refrigerador etc el lobby está muy bonito fresón me gustó los desayunos muy bien."
