"I didn’t like the bathroom doors. They came together before you could remove your hand. I got my fingers caught. It was very painful. I told the staff and she said she could get me ice. I am still in pain7 days later. I thought they should offer a discount for pain and suffering."

Then went to our room and told us that we had to wait for the ac to run for 30 min then it would start which never did. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was broken during my stay. "Room was filthy and the manager charged my husband's card for $335.00 for "incidentals" + $300.00 in cash only $200.00 of which was returned. Place is falling apart and the owner is very unpleasant, could not relax because of all the back forth between him and his staff. There were firecrackers let off at 1:00 in the morning.
