"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. During our stay the service was nice, there wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was good. Then on...

"Love the Art and furniture in the common Areas. We only had Hot Water Once during our stay, luckily it 's summer down there... The staff were very friendly and helpful Specially Jimmy. That boy will go places."
