"This was fine for a one night stay ahead of heading to the airport but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The location isn’t great (although the parking lot is helpful). It’s hard to access downtown - about a 20 minute walk to the Gold Museum - and there’s not much around. The lobby and restaurant and bar are nice. The food was excellent and the staff there was nice. The room wasn’t great. The bathroom needed upgrading and a deep clean. I’m also fairly certain housekeeping entered our room...

"Sweet place, clean and tidy, attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Were given a one bedroom suite which was a surprise, but didn't have any outside space. Loads of room inside though. Handy for park and good local restaurants."

Valet parking, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, food was excellent, great location to explore San Jose museums and national theater was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the history of the hotel. Highly recommended! "

The hotel is wonderfully quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, I slept like a rock! What truly sets this place apart is the staff.
