"The staff here was so great and wonderful. Brandon was so informative and helpful he answered all of our questions and gave alot of helpful advice. The breakfast here was so good and the bar was phenomenal. The vibe there and the cost of things there was wonderful. Love this hotel I would most definitely be booking this place again when I come back to costa rica. You won't regret booking this hotel."

"Parking situation were complex, we took all the rain due to no elevators and in addition to it get to the front desk was a bit confusing. Breakfast staff were very friendly and food was OK."

"This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced."

"This is a unique, adorable little city hotel. Retro, stylish, warm, and inviting with antique sewing machines and typewriters, cascading plants, and a conversation pit (in-ground circular couch). Definitely recommend."

"Breakfast is EXCELLENT at this Hilton Hotel. Most staff members are very friendly and accommodating, but one or two seemed to hate foreigners or tourists, not sure, but maybe they shouldn't work at a hotel because they were VERY rude to us. AC hard to adjust, big discrepancy between the degree you type in and the freezing cold that comes out of that machine. No door in bathroom so that was a bit inconvenient as well even though the design looked great, but not practical."
