Cari Hotel di San Cristóbal

"I had a terrible stay at the property. The property lost power while we were out to dinner. I got back to our room found out there is no power and called property manager but she did not pick up the phone. Only text me back via WhatsApp stated there is power outage and only a few houses got affected and she did not know when the power will be back up. I asked her for alternative plan but no response. It is not & humid, we cannot stay in the room. She did not even offer any apology for...

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, particularly Max. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the top deck balcony. It's in a great location across from the main pier with a handy mini mart next door. The hotel provides breakfast to go if you have a day trip and filtered water on premises for use which I thought was a great offer."

"Goede accomodatie. Ik ben er bij terugkomst op het eiland weer verbleven. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en het is een fijne plek om te verblijven."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is a lovely, family-owned place run by a couple who were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The room had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a TV, hot water, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated having access to free filtered water, as well as tea and coffee. The location was very convenient, with several restaurants, laundry services, and other amenities within walking...

"Habitación muy mediocre para el precio que se paga, esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni se le acerca. El personal totalmente descuidado, grosero y maleducado. Desayuno inexistente: dicen que es de 7 a 9 de la mañana pero vas a las 7.30 y ahí no hay nadie, una vergüenza. Muchas veces la recepción está sin nadie que te atienda. Son un absoluto desastre. No recomiendo para nada alojarse aquí."

"Outstanding staff. Excellent, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good location that is close to town. Excellent hot water and shower. Good refrigerator. Pure water provided. Wi-Fi was great except for our third day (might have been an issue for the whole island). We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel"

"Great spot, close to everything, staff was very helpful, beautiful view from up top"

"I had an absolutely terrifying stay here. First of all, half of the hotel is a construction site with all sorts of materials thrown about. But the real problem is the hotel owner. A friend who was staying g at a separate hotel came over and stayed past midnight. The next day I woke to the owner pounding on my door- it sounded like someone was trying to know the door down. I opened it and he told me I had to pay for another night because I brought a man there. When I tried to ask where does it...

"The room was clean and small; it was good value for the money. The property was clean and had several airy common areas. There was filtered water at the main entrance. The owner was friendly and helpful. It was a 10 minute walk into town. I appreciated having somewhere outside to hang wet bathing suits to dry. My room was cleaned daily which was a lovely surprise. There was some humidity damage in the ceiling and the air conditioning smelled a little bit funny. The neighbourhood was loud. I was...

"The room is nice and clean and has good air conditioning and hot water. Location is excellent. The only bad experience I had wasn’t with the hotel itself but with the agency they use for guest accommodations. I contacted them about airport transport and was told to message their agency SUP Tours. They tried to charge $35 for a $3 taxi ride. When I told them this was very expensive I was sent a long disrespectful reply telling me I shouldn’t visit the Galapagos if I don’t have the budget for it....

"We loved that place. Specially Nelly, the staff who told us everything we needed to know. She even made us sandwiches for our trip to next island."

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a...
