"This is probably the best resort on the island by far. That being said, the check in and checkout times on my booking were not honored by the resort. Check in said 1pm, resort told me 2pm. Checkout was supposed to be 11am and we had an employee come and tell us around 10am that we could have a late checkout but would need to pay more. "Aniva is a great host and the ladies that help her are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the rooms clean and it's nice and close to Apia. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not terribly so, the shower is great and the pool is a delight in the heat, even though it's over-chlorinated. "Staff was amazing , Very friendly and always willing to help. They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended.
