"Excellent service, great staff, the nicest tour guide, recommended 1000 times, ask for Dany when you go to the tour on the 4 wheeler. I already have another reservation plan to bring my parents. Excelente servicio, el personal fantástico, pregunten por Dany el guía turístico de los 4 wheelers. Ya hasta tengo otra reservación pendiente para venir con mis padres. Y por ultimo la comida estaba super buena. Amazing food, recomendado 1000 veces."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous! It was incredibly convenient having everything on site, including a beautiful gym, a relaxing spa area for massages, and two stunning pools. The restaurant itself was also beautiful and created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating especially when it came to booking last minute tours. They really came through for us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Everything was a 10/10. The only thing I would mention is that the food at the restaurant was okay, I was hoping it would be a much better. That said, it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again!"

"I would not recommend this hotel. My husband and I chose not to purchase the all-inclusive package because we were only planning to sleep at the hotel and spend most of our time outside exploring. Unfortunately, we felt judged and treated differently because of that decision. We are Dominican by nationality but residents of the United States, and we felt that the staff showed less respect and courtesy toward us than toward other guests. It seemed as though they were more interested in how much money guests were spending than in providing good customer service. The hotel was also very expensive for the level of service we received. Several staff members came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made our stay uncomfortable. No guest should feel discriminated against or treated differently because of their background or purchasing choices. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we would not stay here again."
