"Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. "We were very impressed at this hotel. It was a very short walk to the old town part. We enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and was spacious enough for our family of 3+dog. They had a beautiful garden area on the side. The only confusing thing this was figuring out where the parking garage was and how to exit/enter back into the hotel. You can eventually figure it out but it took a minute."

"Loved the free breakfast - there were so many great options. Outdoor patio was fabulous . I especially enjoyed the windows is that could open in the bedrooms to get some fresh air inside. Plenty of sitting to the left of the lobby for working or hanging out. Great proximity to the old town/restaurants/shopping."

"Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down.
