"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. ..."

"The hotel was fine. Had all you need and dining staff was great. The images are misleading. The view from the steam room biológico is photoshopped. The view from pool and other steam room are also not accurate. The views make it seem isolated but it is in a busy area with lots of hotels restaurants ..."
