"The plus side of the hostel: the location of the hostel was good, at a walkable distance from major tourist spots. Checking in and out were easy, and the staff was very nice. Simple breakfast was provided. The room and its private bathroom were clean and tidy.
The downside of the hostel was the lack of on-site staff at night. We had a peaceful first night, but unfortunately on the second night, there was a group of extremely annoying guests who kept drinking and shouting in the common room...

"This is a fantastic place to stay, the owner is really friendly and can't do enough for you. We are veggies and he happily cooked us omelette and chips with the best salad we've ever had. The Ice cream puddings were delicious and the wine too. Fabulous Rooms, a gorgeous quirky building and a lovely lounge to sprawl in, with netflix if you wanted it on a big screen - we happily retired to the sofa without TV though.
