Great stay on our trip to Salamanca. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. We will for sure be back when we come back to Salamanca. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!

Staff was awesome. My room was awful. Outdated,. Dark, shower smells like mold. I tried to change it inmediately but they said this one was the only one familiar available. We are four. Room 402. A lot of stairs. Not good with our 6 luggages. Nightmare!!. Bathroom door does not close. Everyone can see you from outside. Smells you too. I bought one breakfast and they wanted to charge me 6! There is no control in breakfast. You can say you are room whatever and they charge that room. They dont check. Terrible system!!! I will neverrrr come back!!! No luxury anything!! Bad bad experience 😭

Hotel is in a great, central location a few mtrs from Plaza Mayor, despite its close proximity it was not noisey during day or night time. Short walking distance to cafes, bars, resaurants, shops etc. Room was a good size, a/c was working well. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of items, sufficient to meet most guests requirements. I was fortunate to be there during Fiesta week and the town was buzzing with activity, including a free concert at night in Plaza Mayor. The only negative comment was that bottled water was available in the room fridge and the 2 bottles were charged for at check out, a bit petty for a class, relatively expensive hotel. In summary, a very good hotel in an excellent location, recommended.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the square from our room. Sound-proofing in room was excellent - quiet in the room, even when it was noisy in the square. Friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely use again if visiting Salamanca.

The hotel was just off of the Plaza Mayor, making it a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The desk staff was kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It is in a busy area though so it’s pretty noisy all the time and the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations guests are having in the room next to you.
