I love this hotel. It is a smaller, traditional Spanish hotel, but wth everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good wifi. It is in a very convenient, central and walkable part of the city, easy access to great restaurants and bars. This was my second weeklong stay there. I will be back.

Great location & staff, except for internal noise!

Right in the centre of town. Great for access to bars and restaurants. Excellent friendly staff. The only downside was the hotel lobby and central stairway were like a giant amplifying sound tunnel with even relatively quiet sounds causing a disturbance

The breakfast was fresh and a large variety for the two mornings we were there. Eggs, sliced meats, cheese, fruit, bread. The snacks in the refrigerator in the room were for purchase, not free. Be aware. I was not.

This is a nice hotel. I booked for a two night stay, at short notice. The hotel is nice, good value, clean and comfortable rooms. However what really made a difference was the staff. They were all friendly and professional, however José, at reception during the day, was fantastic. I arrived just on time for a call, and before even checking in he gave me the wifi codes and a comfortable meeting room to make the call from. During my stay he provided some excellent recommendations, and was consistently helpful and friendly. If you want a nice, reasonable, comfortable and very friendly hotel in the center of El Puerto de Santa Maria, I highly recommend.

Llegué a la 1 de la madrugada al hotel para hacer el check-in y la mujer que me atendió era un encanto, el personal es super amable. Pero el alojamiento está lo contrario a insonorizado, llegué muy cansada y no pude dormir hasta las 4 de la mañana, porque una pareja disfrutó la noche en la habitación contigua, se oyen hasta los pasos de la gente por el pasillo del hotel como si estuvieran dentro, una vergüenza, deberían reformarlo urgentemente.
