"I stayed there many moons ago when it was brand new and it was very nice. I went there about 10 years ago and it was very rundown. My most recent stay was very nice. The place was upgraded and it looked very nice and very modern. The staff was pretty nice. The only thing I didn’t like was check-in was at 3pm and my room wasn’t ready until 5:45 PM. Also, I had a problem with my toilet where it wasn’t flushing and I called and it took like 40 minutes for somebody to show up."

"You will not be disappointed!! Everyone is very polite, happy to see you at any hour, and will get you whatever you need. The food is excellent at all the restaurants. The rooms are clean and the beach view is amazing. Even on red flag days we had a great time. And the entertainment daily as well as nightly is well planned."

"100% worth the money! Everyone was so nice and explained everything well as it was our first stay at a resort. All of the food and drinks we had we're delicious and the perfect portions. It only got busy on Friday, so I'd recommend staying earlier in the week if you're not a fan of big crowds. The only issue is its not ADA friendly as there is a lot of walking and stairs so mobility devices can be difficult to have there"
