"Food and entertainment were great. I've stayed at 10 all inclusive resorts and been on over 20 cruises, primarily on Royal Caribbean, which is known for their entertainment and while Riu Ocho Rios' entertainment was not quite at the quality of Royal Caribbean Cruises, it is the only all inclusive resort that I can think of that clearly invest in their entertainment. The specialty restaurants are subpar and I would be willing to pay an up charge for higher quality specialty restaurants. The Jamaican food was very good."

"The front desk staff was ok. They're not mean, but not super friendly. The restaurant staff were excellent. The food was very good. Authentic jamaican foods were well done. Great entertainment vibes in the lobby. The room was definitely too expensive for what you get. Otherwise, decent hotel."
