"On Travelocity website stated, dining areas, that is untrue. Breakfast is delivered to your room. Room and bathroom very clean, sheets smells heavily of bleach. But clean. The driver from destination service for transfers was soooo arrogant, he was driving like 100 miles per hour. He broke my suitcase, and lied about it. Destination services for transport i would try to avoid them. Not helpful at the airport, they add on more anxiety to traveling, . "

"Pool always clean.very good choice of breakfast every morning. The rhe rooms can be abit better in the sense that no one can hear your speaking in your room in the halls .apart from that excellent in every way."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful but the building itself was a bit outdated. Good value for money for overall. The use of decorative pillows and throws is a detractor also as these are not often cleaned after each stay."

"The resort is a must if you have kids or toddlers as it caters to their needs and yours as a parent. The food was mostly good. Staff friendly. Lots of things to do for all age groups. Very clean. Visiting during off peak season is recommended. "

The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed."
