"Room was clean, staff was friendly, very nice resort"

"Beautiful hotel and beach. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. There were some employees who were very nice: Sandra, Melissa, Ella and Margo. But Abigail from the Grazie Restaurant was totally excellent. Employees like her makes the great difference. The only issue we had was making reservation for the restaurants. The App does not work good, and it is very difficult to get reservation in person."

My iny issue is that the beach vendors have been moved from the quiet end of the beach so dining options are limited "

"Sometimes it’s nicer to find hotels that aren’t part of massive companies. A sweeter stay — welcoming and warm (thank you, Lissette, Mellisa, and the other really lovely girls on the front desk). Lovely, large rooms, and full credit to the cleaners who work hard to keep everything spotless. Is there room for improvement? Always. "It was a calming experience, walking distance to the city where we were able the shop. We all enjoyed the sun rise each morning, stillness and beautiful ground was picture perfect. "

"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "
