"I loved this hotel. I cant wait to see it once all the renovations are done. Its very warm an welcoming. The cats was a added plus they are so friendly. The beach is beautiful an kid friendly the pool as well. The food was ok the service was wonderful from the bartenders to house keeping everything was great. I will definitely be returning. My suggestions would be have more activities for the kids keep pool open at least to dusk instead of 6pm an more kid snacks like cupcakes popcorn chips. The...

"Food was very good - room was clean and bed was comfortable! Lazy River was a plus even for us adults! Beer was cold and drinks were great! Room was always cold and cleaned each day which was good! Frig was restocked each day with 2 beers and soft drinks and water! Bathroom was small but nice and clean. They did want 40.00 to add lobster which we did not pay or eat. Go early for supper or just do the buffet which was delicious"

"My family and I loved our stay at Jewel Grande even though there were some things they need to improve. First, the staff were excellent. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our butlers Denton and Aston were wonderful. We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and Aston went out of his way to decorate our room and door. "This property was very nice for the money that you spend securing it. Ive been to many RIU Resorts, and this one was nice. Food was good, the beach was small, but clean and good for a swim. The staff was mainly friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the airport. The vibe was a live and fun! "

"Love this property. I’ve been a few times and I’ll go back. The food has gotten better, Jamaican night was awesome. The staff was ok. My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee "

"Amazing! I really love how small and secluded the property is. Staff is amazing and friendly and the place is so cleannnnnn. I haven’t even gotten dust on my slippers walking around the property. To me it’s really a couples resort or girls weekend or even guys weekend where you wanna just chill talk relax enjoy the view beach and pool. I’d definitely come back here when I want to unwind with my partner. 10/10!!!"
